EFFICIENTLY DESIGNED: An ingot mold needs to release its molded metal easily. Our ingot mold is designed to transform scrap metal pieces into state-of-the-art ingots.
CAVITY SIZES (Approx.): It has a large cavity that can hold up to 4 wire groove sizes in the mold (6 mm – 12 mm x 6” L) and 2 strip groove sizes in the mold (20 mm – 24 mm x 6” L).
RELEASING AGENT: It requires the application of a releasing agent such as a lubricant spray to release the ingot from the mold.
EASY TO HOLD: This ingot mold has a 0.82” (Dia.) x 3.35” (L) long durable handle that enhances grip while using the mold.
HIGH-GRADE MATERIAL: This ingot mold is made from cast iron, drafted for easy ingot removal. It offers improved corrosion resistance, casting ability, and a homogenous hardness and structure across the cross-section.
